Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Jurisdiction: Courts of the Republic of Korea
• Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Korea
• In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual consultation.
